IMPORTANT MESSAGES TO THE LEAGUE

 

· NEW YEARS DODGE BALL (Yes it’s a play on words!)

           Extreme Dodgeball Hamilton and our sponsor The Pheasant Plucker are proud to present the second annual New Year’s Dodge Ball. This is a formal dinner and dance at the Pheasant Plucker (They shut the place down for us). Dinner is a formal sit down feast. Tickets are $60 each and include dinner (last year we had filet minion, salmon and stuffed chicken all on one plate), wine with dinner, 5 drink tickets and champagne at midnight. After dinner the DJ gets started and we dance the night away!! Tickets sold out last year so call or email asap! All are welcome!

· Please take care when parking your car. Be sure to lock doors and avoid leaving valuables. Unfortunately, a player’s car was broken into while parked in the lot. If anyone saw something suspicious on Thursday night Nov 6th between 8:30 and 9:30 please let us know via email or call. HSC does it’s best to maintain a secure campus but incidents may still occur.

· REFEREE CLINIC NOV. 13TH & 14TH 8:30-9:00

           Join us for a information session on refereeing. We will be going over the            rules, offering scenarios to explain rules and answering any questions you            may have. All are encouraged as this will assist you not only as a referee            but also as a player!

· No marking shoes allowed - Please double check your shoes

· Nervous about Refereeing?? If you would like to get some practice please feel free to join an experienced referee. Just look on the schedule and come on out and be a second set of eyes.  We will answer any questions you may have and help you prepare for your referee assignment.

· REMINDER: It is the responsibility of team captains to make sure that all team players have signed a waiver before playing.

· Registration is now closed. Stay tuned for Registration information about Season 13 (January 2009).
