Women’s League info – see below

REGISTRATION NIGHT IS WED. SEPT. 1ST 7pm-9pm at The Pheasant Plucker (20 Augusta Ave.) – All remaining fees are due and must be paid in person or online.

Season 18 Co-ed Information:

  • Co-ed Adult Leagues will run on Wednesday, Thursday & Friday nights.
  • Game start times are between 6:30 & 9:30pm (depends on gym availability)
  • Season 18 will begin the 2nd week of September (Thursday & Friday leagues) and the 3rd week of September (Wednesday night league). Although teams register under a specific night, you may be scheduled for 1-2 games on a different night depending on gym availability.
  • Teams are guaranteed 11-12 games (Made up of Pre-season games, round robin play and play-offs – All teams make play-offs)
  • Teams consist of 5-10 players max (must have minimum 2 female players)
  • Cost: $500 + HST = $565 per team
  • SPACE IS LIMITED! You can hold your spot by putting down a $100 deposit (via paypal – click below, cash or cheque – made out to Extreme Dodgeball Hamilton). Deposits are taken on a first come, first serve basis.
  • A $100 deposit will hold your spot until Registration night which is Wed. Sept. 1st 7pm-9pm at The Pheasant Plucker (20 Augusta Ave.).
  • All remaining fees must be paid in full on or before Wed. Sept. 1st. Failure to do so may result in loss of spot in the league or a late fee.

Women’s League Season 3 Information:

  • Registration is currently FULL – call or email for waiting list informaiton.
  • Women’s dodgeball league starts late September (dates TBA) and runs for 8 weeks.
  • Cost: $350 per team (5-10 players max.)
  • $50 deposit holds your spot.

    Important Reminders

· SMOKING & ALCOHOL are strictly prohibited on all HSC property. Failure to adhere to these rules WILL result in the cancellation of Dodgeball all together without refund (due to loss of facilities). This MUST be a group effort as the actions of a few affect all. Consumption of alcohol on HSC property will result in immediate and permanent exclusion from the league.

  • Please do not smoke outside the entrance. If you must smoke please do so in your cars or walk out to Garth or Fennell to smoke. Do not dispose of your cigarette butts on HSC property.

· REFEREE ASSIGNMENTS: Teams will be scheduled to referee throughout the season. It is the responsibility of the team scheduled to provide one or two people to referee the game. If a team fails to show up for their scheduled referee assignment they will be automatically deducted 3 points from the standings. If your team can not referee on their assigned night you must notify us via email or phone at least 24 hours prior to your referee assignment in order to avoid the penalty. We are in the process of making a short but informative “How to Ref” online video. More to come on this.

· VERY IMPORTANT!! Please double check your footwear! Non-marking shoes only (NO STREET/SKATE/WORKBOOTS ALLOWED)

· DEFAULT PENALTY: If a team defaults 2 or more games they will be fined $50 for each game defaulted. Fines must be paid in order to play. $25 of the fine will be given to the opposing team (to cover gas etc.) and $25 will go towards payment of the facility and referee. Teams need only 4 registered players (minimum 1 female player) in order to avoid default.

· WAIVERS: It is the responsibility of team captains to make sure that all team players have signed a waiver before playing.

· SECURITY: Please take care when parking your car. Be sure to lock doors and avoid leaving valuables. HSC does it’s best to maintain a secure campus but incidents may still occur.
